Privacy Policy
Last updated September 7, 2026
This website is operated by Nick Kaufman under the name Flexion Claims. This page explains what limited information the website handles, why, and how to reach me about it. You can contact me any time at nick@flexionclaims.com.
What this site collects
This is an informational website. It has no accounts, no sign up, no online forms, and no payment. The only ways your information reaches me are:
- When you email me. If you use a contact link, you send your email address and whatever you write. I receive it in my mailbox.
- Basic, aggregate visit data. The site uses a privacy first analytics tool that measures traffic without cookies and without building a profile of you. It records things like page views, the page that referred you, general region, and browser type. It does not identify you personally.
- Standard server logs. Like most websites, the host records technical data such as IP address and request time to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
The services I use to run the site
I keep the list of third parties short on purpose. They are:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics and security described above. Your request data passes through Cloudflare so the page can load.
- Bunny Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site. It is a font service that keeps no logs of who requests the files.
- Proton Mail holds the email you send me when you use a contact link.
Why I hold it, and for how long
I use your email only to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. I keep it as long as it is useful for that, then I delete it. The analytics data is aggregate and is not tied to you, so it cannot be traced back to a single person.
What I do not do
I do not sell your personal information. I do not share it for targeted advertising. There are no advertising pixels on this site, and there is no ad network tracking you here.
Your choices and rights
You can ask me what information of yours I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email nick@flexionclaims.com and I will handle it. If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you these rights, and I honor them for everyone, not only Texans. This site also respects the Global Privacy Control signal your browser can send.
Children
This site is meant for professionals in workers compensation, disability, and independent medical examination work. It is not directed to children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page. For anything significant I will make the change plain.
